The Birth of CleverGoose

One day, while sharing a coffee on a picnic blanket, our founders conceived the idea of CleverGoose. After years of wishing for a better way to support managers in dealing with tough people challenges, they envisioned a technology-led solution to empower those on the operational front lines.

Background

  • Significant business leadership experience, especially in HR and Management.
  • Collaborated in a fast-growing entrepreneurial organisation, which expanded from 2,000 employees and £30 million turnover to 27,000 people and £700 million turnover.
  • Evolved roles from HR and Learning and Development to Chief Executive and Managing Director.
