What CleverGoose isn't?

Can CleverGoose integrate with my HR/payroll systems?

Clevergoose is open to new relationships and has an open API just for that. Speak to your provider to find out if they would be up for it. Alternatively – and if you prefer to keep things old school, you can link to an excel document. There would be an additional cost depending on the amount of work required to set this up.

What happens to their data if a user leaves?

Users when deleted, become archived but don’t disappear. So whilst they can’t access the system, their data remains available.

How do I keep my information secure?

All the usual online security/GDPR cautions should be taken. Firstly, don’t share your log in details with anyone. Don’t leave CleverGoose open on a screen and walk away. Have a robust process that stops leavers having access to the system as soon as they finish. Agree company protocol for how case names are decided, using initials rather than full names for example.
